What is Pi Day? Well, it’s not simply just about eating pie, it’s about the constant π (pi) which is used in mathematics. It’s celebrated on 14 March which matches with the number 3,14.

Ferdies decided to celebrate such a haunting number (especially for the math learners) on an “unlucky” day - Friday the 13th. There was a variety of fun activities that learners could participate in, but the most popular one was the station where learners could pie the teachers! There was a lot of laughter and many “pie” fails.
Along with that, there was a competition to see who could recite the most digits of pi. Though, the jokes were over when it came time for the most serious of events: It was time for the pie eating competition. Do you think you have what it takes to win? If you can finish a pizza pie from and two small cold drinks faster than the speed of light, then you should definitely sign up next year!

While all of this was happening, learners who desired a less eventful break, enjoyed a delicious pizza pie which made the supposed sour day even sweeter.
In conclusion, Pi Day was a huge success. It was a day full of fun and laughter. So, same time next year?
